The Platform is owned by Miivora Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these Terms of Use including the policies constitute Your binding obligations with the Platform Owner.

These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, products, goods, or services (collectively, "Services"). Any terms and conditions proposed by You which are in addition to or conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use for updates.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "you", "your" or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/customer on the Platform.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

The use of the Platform and/or availing of our Services is subject to the following Terms of Use:

  2. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered on this Platform for any specific purpose.
  3. Your use of our Platform and Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that the Services meet your requirements.
  4. The content of the Platform, including design, layout, graphics, branding, and materials, is proprietary to us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
  5. You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities under applicable Indian laws.

  7. Upon initiating any transaction on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with the Platform Owner.
  8. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miivora Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, employees, and representatives against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.
  9. Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events.
  10. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  11. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  12. All communications regarding these Terms must be made using the contact details provided on the Platform.
  13. Once access to the Platform, dashboard, digital products, subscriptions, or services has been provided, no refund requests shall be entertained under any circumstances unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Platform Owner.
  14. Refund requests will not be applicable after successful onboarding, activation, or delivery of services/products.
